Welcome to Cre8ive Bros. LLC (“Cre8ive Bros.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from Cre8ive Bros.
By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting payment, or approving a custom design, you agree to these Terms.
1. ORDERS
Cre8ive Bros. offers ready-to-purchase merchandise, custom and personalized products, school and organization apparel, and bulk orders.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including names, wording, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization details, shipping or delivery information, and other requested specifications.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including orders containing unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
2. CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Customers ordering custom or personalized products are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted to Cre8ive Bros.
When applicable, a digital proof or mockup may be provided before production.
Customers should carefully review:
Your approval is considered final authorization to begin production.
Cre8ive Bros. is not responsible for errors that were present in a design, personalization request, or proof that the customer reviewed and approved.
3. DESIGN APPROVAL & CANCELLATIONS
Custom, personalized, school, organization, and bulk orders may be cancelled before final design approval, subject to any design or administrative fees that have already been incurred.
Once a customer approves the final design or proof, the order cannot be cancelled.
After approval, materials may be ordered and production may begin immediately. Therefore, payments for approved custom or personalized orders are generally non-refundable.
Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
4. PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND TIME
Our standard production turnaround time is 7–10 business days after payment and final design approval, unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround time begins once:
Business days do not include weekends or recognized holidays.
School, organization, bulk, specialty, or highly customized orders may require additional production time. Customers will be notified if an order is expected to exceed our standard turnaround time.
Please note that production turnaround time is separate from shipping or delivery time. Cre8ive Bros. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Rush service may be available for an additional fee and must be approved by Cre8ive Bros. before the order is placed.
5. RUSH ORDERS Rush service may be available depending on our current production schedule, product availability, and order size. Additional rush fees may apply. Contacting Cre8ive Bros. with a requested completion date does not guarantee that date. A rush deadline is considered accepted only after Cre8ive Bros. confirms the deadline.
6. SCHOOL, STAFF, ORGANIZATION & BULK ORDERS School, staff, team, organization, business, reunion, event, and other bulk orders may have additional requirements regarding: - Minimum quantities - Deposits - Payment deadlines - Design approval - Size collection - Production timelines - Delivery or pickup - Reorders The individual placing the order is responsible for verifying the final quantities, sizes, names, and personalization information submitted on behalf of the group. Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges and/or extended production time.
7. PRICING & PAYMENT All prices are subject to change without notice. Custom-order pricing may vary based on garment type, quantity, number of print locations, design complexity, personalization, materials, and requested production timeline. Orders are not considered confirmed until any required payment or deposit has been received. Cre8ive Bros. reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to contact customers when an adjustment is necessary before production begins.
8. PRODUCT COLORS, SIZING & AVAILABILITY We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products and designs. However, colors displayed on phones, computers, tablets, and other screens may differ slightly from the actual product. Garment sizing may also vary by manufacturer and style. Customers are encouraged to review available sizing information before ordering. Product availability is subject to supplier inventory. If a selected product becomes unavailable, Cre8ive Bros. may contact the customer regarding an appropriate substitute, alternative color/style, revised timeline, or other available option.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Because custom and personalized merchandise is created specifically for the customer, **custom and personalized products are final sale unless the product is defective or Cre8ive Bros. made an error in producing the approved order.** Incorrect sizes selected by the customer, approved spelling errors, incorrect personalization submitted by the customer, or a change of mind generally do not qualify for a refund or replacement. For eligible non-custom merchandise, please refer to our posted Return/Exchange Policy.
10. ORDER ISSUES If Cre8ive Bros. made an error with your order or you receive a defective item, please contact us promptly after receiving the merchandise. Customers may be asked to provide photographs showing the issue. When Cre8ive Bros. determines that an error occurred during our production process, we may repair, replace, reprint, or otherwise correct the affected product as appropriate.
11. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, names, characters, artwork, or other materials submitted to Cre8ive Bros. By submitting artwork or other materials for reproduction, you represent that you own the material or have authorization to use and reproduce it. Cre8ive Bros. reserves the right to refuse any design that we believe may violate another party's intellectual-property rights.
12. CRE8IVE BROS. DESIGNS Original designs, graphics, photographs, mockups, website content, logos, and other creative materials produced by Cre8ive Bros. remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a finished product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design files.
13. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTIONAL USE Cre8ive Bros. may photograph completed products for portfolio, website, social-media, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly display sensitive personal information contained in an order. Customers who do not want their custom products used for promotional purposes should notify Cre8ive Bros.
14. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP Available fulfillment options may include shipping, local delivery, or pickup depending on the order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Estimated shipping or delivery dates are not guarantees when delays are caused by shipping carriers, weather, supplier interruptions, or other circumstances outside Cre8ive Bros.' reasonable control.
15. WEBSITE USE You may not use the Cre8ive Bros. website or its content for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, transmit malicious code, collect information about other users without authorization, or violate the intellectual-property rights of Cre8ive Bros. or another party.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Certain website, payment, shipping, or other services may be provided through third-party providers. Cre8ive Bros. is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, availability, or services of third-party providers beyond the extent required by applicable law.
17. PERSONAL INFORMATION Information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information.
18. ERRORS & WEBSITE INFORMATION Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors or inaccurate information relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, or other information. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information when necessary.
19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cre8ive Bros. LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
20. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable to Cre8ive Bros. LLC, including applicable laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States. 21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS Cre8ive Bros. may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, policies, or business practices. The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
